Stornobedingungen für Workshops & Kurse
Eine Stornierung der Anmeldung muss schriftlich (per E-Mail) erfolgen.

Stornogebühren
Bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Workshops oder Kurses:
Stornogebühr in Höhe von 25 % des gesamten Teilnahmebetrags.

29 bis 15 Tage vor Beginn:
Stornogebühr in Höhe von 50 % des gesamten Teilnahmebetrags.

Weniger als 15 Tage vor Beginn:
Keine Rückerstattung oder Gutschrift des Teilnahmebetrags möglich.

Ersatzperson
Die Teilnahme kann  auf eine Ersatzperson übertragen werden. Die vollständigen Kontaktdaten der Ersatzperson (Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer) müssen spätestens vor Beginn des Workshops/Kurses an before sunrise übermittelt werden.

Versäumte Einheiten
Versäumte Einheiten eines Workshops, Kurses, Seminars oder Retreats können nicht nachgeholt und nicht auf andere Angebote übertragen werden.

Absage durch den Veranstalter
Sollte der Workshop oder Kurs aus wichtigen Gründen (z. B. Erkrankung der Lehrperson, zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl, höhere Gewalt) abgesagt werden müssen, wird der bereits bezahlte Teilnahmebetrag vollständig rückerstattet.
Darüber hinausgehende Ansprüche bestehen nicht.

Zustimmung
Mit der Anmeldung erklärt sich die teilnehmende Person mit diesen Stornobedingungen einverstanden.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Workshops & Courses
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (via email).

Cancellation Fees
Up to 30 days before the start of the workshop or course.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total participation fee applies.

29 to 15 days before the start:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total participation fee applies.
Less than 15 days before the start:
No refund or credit of the participation fee is possible.

Substitute Participant
Participation may be transferred to a substitute person. The full contact details of the substitute (first and last name, email address, phone number) must be provided to before sunrise no later than before the start of the workshop/course.

Missed Sessions
Missed sessions of a workshop, course, seminar, or retreat cannot be made up or transferred to other offerings.

Cancellation by the Organizer
If the workshop or course must be canceled for important reasons (e.g. illness of the instructor, insufficient number of participants, force majeure), the participation fee already paid will be fully refunded.
No further claims can be made.

Agreement
By registering, the participant agrees to these cancellation terms.
